Meet our Team!
Chris and Nancy Tringali - Senior and Associate Pastors
Chris and Nancy are graduates of Pinecrest Bible Training Center. They have been in ministry for over 10 years now, functioning in various capacities. While they both share a mutual love of the Lord and desire to see everyone grow in grace and faith, Chris's gifts lie in the area of preaching, teaching, discipleship and evangelism while Nancy's focus more on women's ministry, discipleship, organization and being a help meet to Pastor Chris. He will be the first one to tell you that without her, he would not be half as effective as he is now.
Josh and Laurie Goodson - Elders
Josh and Laurie are long-time believers, mature in the faith and in grace. They have been members of Turning Point for several years and are a huge blessing to both Pastors Chris and Nancy but also the congregation. Because of their friendship and wisdom in Christ, They serve as Elders, counseling the church, as well as Pastor Chris and Nancy, who consider them to be their accountability partners. Josh also preaches and teaches as the Spirit leads.
Ole and Laurel Pettersen - Elders
When Ole, Laurel and their family arrived at Turning Point, their maturity and wisdom became immediately evident to Pastor Chris and Nancy, as well as to Josh and Laurie. The benefit they have been to the church is beyond measure. With Ole's gifting of Preaching and Teaching, and both he and Laurel's wisdom as counselors, it was clear very quickly that they had a place in this church as Elders. Laurel and Ole are the parents of Zachary and Shakira, who also attend regularly. They are all a major blessing to this church!
Sandy Joyner - Children's Pastor
A member of Turning Point before it even was Turning Point, Pastor Sandy is a mature and devoted follower of Christ. Her heart is for children, to teach them and to mentor them, that they would one day receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Sandy also heads up our "Sew-In-Love" baby quilt ministry. Her talent and gifting in quilting literally birthed that ministry. We love Sandy, and consider ourselves blessed to have her in ministry and as our sister-in-Jesus!
